Finalization of contractor and timing for common area sprinkler project is in progress; anticipated completion in Q3, including installation of sod in the area. Once finished, we will have much- needed additional greenspace that will improve our views and property values!

Irrigation
The area where sprinklers were added consisted largely of dirt, and will be transformed into green space. Due to unknown city ordinances an underground line needed to be run from the Summit sign to the newly irrigated area.
Sprinklers were added to the area shown in solid green at the left. The underground irrigation line needed is shown in yellow.

2025 - Looking Ahead
The focus for the remainder of 2025 projects includes updating our by-laws, new ways to get to know our neighbors and additional sign maintenance discussions. We welcome new ideas - please, email us at thesummitchan@gmail.com
