2026 Common Area Updates

This year, we’ve continued to invest in the appearance and upkeep of our common areas, including fresh mulch, monthly weeding, lawn fertilization, and ongoing maintenance around the Summit sign. The space is looking great, and we look forward to continuing to improve and maintain it throughout the rest of this year and into next.

Building Community at The Summit

June 12, 2026 - Dave & Kenan Guilmette help move the party into the Miller's garage as the rain rolls in.

We had a great turnout for the Summit Neighborhood Block Party this summer! Despite a little mid-party rain, the event was a blast and a wonderful opportunity for neighbors to connect. We hope to continue this tradition for many years to come!

Sprinkler Project Complete

We’re excited to share that the common area sprinkler project was completed in Q3 2025! Based on recommendations from multiple landscapers, we chose shade-tolerant seed instead of sod—an approach that came in at roughly 40% of the original budget and is better suited for the area long-term. The grass continues to grow and is looking fantastic, so take a walk by the east side of Oxbow Bend, between 6371 and 6383, and check it out!
