September 2, 2026 | Summit HOA – Q3 2026 Community Update
Hi Summit Neighbors,
We hope you’re doing well! As part of our commitment to keeping everyone informed, here’s a quick look at what’s been happening in our community so far this year.
Community Maintenance & Projects
We’ve continued to invest in the appearance and upkeep of our common areas this year, including fresh mulch, monthly weeding, lawn fertilization, and ongoing landscape maintenance around the Summit sign. The space is looking great, and we look forward to continuing to improve and maintain it throughout the year and into next year.
Financial Snapshot
Operating budget remains on track
Reserve fund currently: $7,700

We also want to thank everyone who came out for the Summit Neighborhood Block Party! We had a great turnout, and despite a little mid-party rain, it was a fantastic evening and a great opportunity to connect with neighbors. We hope to make this an annual Summit tradition and are looking forward to gathering again in early June next year!
We’re also always open to ideas for the neighborhood! If there are events, projects, or other improvements you’d like to see in The Summit, feel free to send them our way.
Stay Connected
With so many new families joining the neighborhood, we’ve also given The Summit Directory a refresh! The directory is now organized by street address and includes the names of all Summit families, making it easy to see who lives throughout the neighborhood.

If you’d like to include your contact information in the directory, feel free to complete the directory form. If you’re already listed and need to update your information, you can use the form to submit any changes as well.
